Typically anywhere between 800 - 1100sf. We stick to small housing and keep it pretty basic, usually pretty far out of town and with heating effeciency a primary concern.

When hubby got laid off in Feb. and found a job 50 miles away Davey drove himself and his brother to school and parked in a grocery store parking lot. now that he is a senior he gets to park in the school lot--in my past experience the parking lot reminds me of bumper cars on steroids AND he is taking my van for 2 months because one of the kids in the neighborhood broke his leg and ripped his ACL from the bone falling off his bike and the bus with crutches is too much.
